Color Mania Continues

I'm back with more of my color frenzy.  When will it end????  At the moment it is all I want to do and to keep feeding this frenzy, I just purchased the Copic Airbrush System (the first one I gave away in a grab prize) but this time I got the larger kit.  I don't really think it will help me...but I got it anyway just in case (mini hoarder at work here).

This weekend the ladies from Make it Crafty are in Dallas and I am hoping I will meet them since I wasn't able to attend their coloring classes (bummer-drag) but just when you start planning your life, real life happens and you realize you have limited choices when there's a mortgage to be paid.

I continue to practice my coloring with the old saying "practice makes perfect" in the forefront of my mind...almost true... after all no one is perfect, right?  Then the old saying "if you don't use it you lose it", well... that one is at least 97% true and the last saying is "what you learn you never forget", well I'm still testing that theory because it could just be Father Time and Mother Nature playing with my memory(giggling).

I love seeing the entries in my challenges and am always amazed at the knowledge and talent you guys have, so big kudos to all of you that share with the rest of us :)

My practicing has resulted in my being able to share with you a couple more cards I've finished. Inspirational credit goes to Alyce Keegan and Tracy MacDonald.  These ladies offer inspiration and lots of tutorials that folks like me love trying on for size.  Check'em out if you haven't already.

But now I think its time to move forward to my creations!  Before I venture off, don't forget to check to see if you're the winner of Four digi images from Rick St Dennis!!!   Finally, here are my cards.

I think this one is called "Ricky Fishin Expert" from Mo Manning and was colored with both Copics and Spectrum Noir.

This little cutie from Tiddlyinks I think is called "Wryn Love Grows."  She was colored with Copics and Prismacolor pencils for shadows.

Whew!  I am truly tired so I'll wait until tomorrow to enter the challenges for these cards.  I feel like I've been hit by a truck, which is what hard work does to a gal of my tender age.

Thanks for stopping by and remember to check and see if you were this weeks winner.  We have one more drawing so you've got a week if you wanna try for a $25 gift certificate from 7Kids College Fund.

Sending hugs from Texas

Lesia your cards are beautiful, and you are rather hard on yourself when it comes to your own work.
